The work consists of renovating the existing terminal building as defined by the contract documents. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms provided and comply with the General Provisions, Proposal Requirements, and Conditions Section 20. Bidders must deposit a guarantee equal to at least ten percent of their bid, which can be a bid bond, certified check, or negotiable instrument, ensuring the bidder will execute required contractual documents upon acceptance within the specified time. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 120 days after the opening date. Work must commence within ten days of the notification to proceed and be fully completed within 180 calendar days of this date. Compliance with regulations regarding nondiscrimination in Federally assisted programs is required.
