The City of Jacksonville is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide Professional Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services for the Hopkins Creek Regional Stormwater Improvements Project. Services will include construction inspection, contract administration support, materials sampling and testing coordination, review of contractor submittals, and documentation of construction activities. The CEI consultant will assist the City in ensuring the project is constructed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
