Renovation of a mixed-use development in Canandaigua, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for the Canandaigua City School District 2024 Capital Improvement Project, Phase 1. The project consists of roof restoration and replacement at two locations: the Primary/Elementary School and the Middle School in Canandaigua, NY. Bids will be received for multiple contracts, specifically the Roof Work Prime Contract (RC). Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain the required insurance and bonds. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of five percent of the bid amount, and a non-collusive bidding certificate. This is a prevailing wage rate job. Drawings and specifications will be available upon deposit, and bid documents may be examined at specified locations. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. All bidders are urged to attend the pre-bid meetings and walkthroughs.
