MWH is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the City of Gloucester, MA Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) - Secondary Treatment Upgrades and Facility Improvements (Project). The Project consists of multiple phases of construction and associated bid packages, with BID PACKAGE 1 - CIVIL WORK generally consisting of the support of excavation (SOE), mass excavation and backfill, dewatering, deep concrete foundations, and deep yard piping for the proposed secondary facilities. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2026. This Contract is expected to be funded in whole or in part by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund and has associated contractual requirements including AIS and BABA. Proposers must review and acknowledge these requirements in their Proposal. Start Date: Work of this phase shall commence by May 1, 2026.
