Site work for a water / sewer project in Bartlett, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

It is the intent of this specification to provide for the reconstruction of pipelines and conduits by the installation of a resin-impregnated flexible tube, which is tightly formed to the original conduit. Furnish all labor, material, and equipment to provide for the reconstruction of existing sewer and/or stormwater pipes. The resin is cured using either hot water under hydrostatic pressure or steam pressure within the tube. The Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) will be continuous and tight-fitting. The work shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the "Notice to Proceed". This specification covers the general requirements for the referenced specifications, CIPP manufacturer and installer qualifications, submittal and guaranty guidelines, materials, installation, and testing procedures. The City of Bartlett Department of Public Works is seeking bids to provide Cured-In-Place (CIPP) lining for various locations in accordance with the bid specifications. The bid package should include one original, clearly marked, and two copies. Sealed bids must be labeled "FY2026-04-019 CURED-IN-PLACE LINING PROJECT" and addressed as specified in the instructions. The City of Bartlett reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
