Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hopkins, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
This project includes: parking lots, drives, sidewalks, curb and gutter, concrete slabs, storm sewer system, underground stormwater retention/infiltration system, sanitary sewer, water main, lighting, electrical, site utilities, fence and landscaping at Hopkins Bus Depot in Golden Valley, MN. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. No Bid Bond is required. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of the opening bids, without consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project prior to September 25, 2026.
