Provide all labor, limited materials, services and equipment necessary for, or reasonably incidental to, the work shown in the construction drawings for RFB 2026 Pole Change Outs, Pepsi Transformer Relocation, and Glen's Packing Transformer Relocation. Bidders must submit sealed electronic bids via the website. An acceptable bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guaranty that if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract and furnish bonds on the forms provided. Performance and payment bonds in an amount not less than 100% of the contract price must be executed by the successful bidder and accompany the signed contract. All bids will be evaluated based on best value, considering factors such as purchase price, proximity of the bidder, delivery date, reputation, quality, bidder's past performance under contracts with the city, and compliance with city ordinances. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive technicalities, investigate the bidder's ability to provide the services, and accept the most advantageous bid. The contract may be awarded to a single contractor or multiple contractors to secure the best value.
