Construction of Water, Sanitary, Drainage, and Paving Facilities in Two Step Farm Section 12 and Section 13 for Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 153 in Montgomery County, Texas. Furnish all plant, labor, material, and equipment and perform all work required for this construction project. Bids will only be received electronically through CivcastUSA. For construction contracts over $50,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount, made payable to the Owner. Plan, specifications, and other bidding documents are available at www.civcastusa.com and may be examined without charge in the office of Quiddity Engineering, LLC. Bidders must provide a printed, executed, and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. Failure to do so will result in the District's inability to execute the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities.
