Contract No. 24-r01 (Rebid) 12th Avenue Bridge Replacement the Scope of Work for Contract No. 24-r01 12th Avenue Bridge Replacement Includes the Installation of a 15'-9" W X 8' H Aluminum Box Culvert With a SOLID Bottom, Aluminum Wing-walls, Including Excavation of the New Box Culvert, Channel Lining, New Guiderail System, Bituminous Roadway Pavement; Implementation of Erosion and Sedimentation Controls and Compliance With the Padep Permit; Select Backfill Materials, Traffic Control, Disposal of Debris and Unsuitable Excavated Material, Final Pavement Restoration, Site Restoration and All Necessary Appurtenances and Restoration for Said Construction. The Project Will Include Relocating the Intersection of 12th Avenue and Steffon Hill Road (S.r. 588) Intersection 48.65' West of the Existing Intersection and Will Tie Into the Existing 12th Avenue Alignment Approximately 217' South of the S.r. 588. The Existing Bridge is Proposed to Remain. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, Made Payable to the Township to Guarantee the Bidder's Entrance Into the Contract if Given the Award. The Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for Ninety (90) Calendar Days After the Scheduled Time for Receipt of Bids.
