Fluid Cooler Replacement at the Phillips County Courthouse, 620 Cherry Street, Helena, Arkansas. Prime contractors may receive one PDF copy of the bid documents at no charge, with printed sets at the contractor's expense. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base proposal must accompany each proposal. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked. The County Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or information in any bid. Use of incomplete or inaccurate bid documents does not relieve the bidder of the obligation to perform all work as detailed in a complete set of bid documents. No pre-bid conference is scheduled, but bidders may visit the site with advance notice to the architect. Bid documents are available at the office of the architect.
