Sealed bids are requested for all labor and material necessary for the Rehabilitation of Nellis Drive Bridge over South Branch Little Salmon River (BIN 2208930), referred to as Contract No. 1. Bids must include security of not less than five percent of the bid amount, in the form and conditions provided. Bidders must observe requirements regarding employment conditions and minimum wage rates under the Contract. Bids will not be accepted from entities determined to be "Non-Responsible Entity" by the New York State Office of General Services. The project is a Covered Project under New York State Labor Law 220-I, requiring bidders to hold a valid Certificate of Registration from the New York State Department of Labor for the duration of the work. Bids will not be accepted from those not registered or barred from public works under applicable law. The right is reserved to waive informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.
