Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fence, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Town of Fence Board Members are accepting sealed bids for a Local Roads Improvement Project (LRIP) involving resurfacing with 70- Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement (HMAC) on Morgan Lake Road at TN RD 38 toward Buddy Road. The section length is 9398 ft. Work includes driveway joints, reconstruction of the intersection, and a pavement thickness of 2 inches with a travel width of 10 feet per lane. No shoulder work is required, as the Town of Fence will handle it. No curb and gutter work is included. Engineering costs should be included in the bid. Bidders should contact the Town of Fence for further specifications prior to submitting their bids. Proposals must be submitted by the stated deadline. An affidavit of compliance is required, and specifications and a bid form can be mailed upon request. The Town of Fence Board Members reserve the right to reject any or all bids, or accept portions of bids they deem most advantageous to the township.
