Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is seeking a vendor to provide, install, and support a standardized chemical dispensing system across multiple district facilities. The project will encompass nineteen elementary schools, seven middle schools, four high schools, and multiple administrative and support facilities. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing all dispensing units, removing and properly disposing of existing systems, delivering the initial chemical supply (one case per unit at installation), coordinating with district staff to minimize operational disruption, and providing on-site training for facilities and custodial staff covering system use, safety, dilution settings, and basic troubleshooting. Approximately 143 dispensing units are estimated to be deployed. Vendors must provide pricing for dispenser units, initial chemical supply, installation and removal of existing systems, and an annual chemical supply program, including cost per case, delivery terms, and any minimum order requirements. The dispensing system must utilize a single, multi-purpose cleaning chemical capable of performing all required custodial cleaning applications, and must be intuitive with consistent and accurate dilution control. Systems that require multiple chemicals for comparable results will not be considered. Only sealed proposals submitted through the e-bid system or as paper responses in the Purchasing Department before the due date and time will be accepted. No verbal, telephonic, electronic mail, or faxed responses will be considered.
