Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Savannah, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Hardin County is seeking single prime sealed bids for Animal Shelter Renovations, including various interior renovations and roof repair or replacement. Bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis; segregated bids are not accepted. Bid security of five percent of the bid amount must accompany each bid. Bidders are required to be licensed and to comply with nondiscrimination in employment practices, submitting a compliance report in line with Executive Order No 11246. Compliance with the Certificate of Non-Boycott of Israel and the Iran Divestment Act is required. Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference at the project location. Bidding documents are available electronically free of charge from the Architect/Engineer's office. Follow all instructions to bidders as provided, including state law regarding licensure and procedures for acquiring additional document sets. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids.
