Description

Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Denver, Colorado. Conceptual plans call civil work for a parking garage.

The District is in the initial phase of constructing the Fox Park, Block E Parking Garage. Interested contractors are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the role of Design-Builder for the project. Responders must obtain an SOQ form from and submit a completed SOQ to the District's representative. The SOQs will be evaluated, and respondents may be reduced to a group of qualified firms prior to awarding a contract. The District expects to award a contract to the proposer whose submission represents the best value to the District. The District reserves the right to act in its best interest, which includes the ability to terminate, modify, or suspend the process, reject any or all submittals, modify the terms and conditions of the selection process, and/or waive informalities in any submission.
