Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Jersey Vlg, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project includes the rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer lift station, including recoating wet well interior and above ground piping, modification of header piping support, installation of bypass tee, and bypass pumping. Bids must be submitted electronically using the Civcast USA website. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or a bid bond from a surety company holding a permit in the State of Texas for an amount equal to 5% of the amount bid. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the successful bidder shall deliver the original to the engineer's office within twenty-four hours of the bid opening. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price from a surety company licensed by the State of Texas. Bidders must register on the Civcast USA website to view and/or download project documents. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. Submit questions about the bidding instruments to the Engineer by no later than four full business days prior to the bid opening time and date.
