John Wayne Airport on behalf of the County of Orange requires supplemental professional services to meet workload demands and project scheduling commitments in relation to Materials Testing and Inspection services for various projects. To supplement existing resources, services will be provided on an "as-needed" basis. Firms will be pre-qualified to provide Materials Testing and Inspection services for various projects, and it is intended to establish Qualified Vendor Lists (QVL) to provide those services. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards to respondents for services requested in this solicitation.
