Sealed bids are requested for work located at 209 South Loder Avenue Endicott, New York 13760. Bids must be clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder and identified as a bid for the designated project. All individuals attending pre-bid meetings or bid openings in person must present government-issued identification and obtain a visitor’s pass. Allow sufficient time for building security processing to ensure timely bid submission. Bids not received by 2:00 PM local time on the specified due date will not be considered.
