This notice is for pre-solicitation purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. *****The government intends to issue a solicitation around April 17, 2026 The work consists of renovating the Hot Lab located in Room C212 of Building One to improve workflow efficiency, replace aged and obsolete components, update casework, address hazardous materials, and support nuclear medicine preparation needs. The existing obsolete fume hood will be removed and replaced with a modern preparation enclosure installed on new countertops. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, abatement, and testing required to complete the renovation. Work includes demolition, hazardous material abatement, replacement and modernization of casework, ceiling replacement, power and data infrastructure upgrades, plumbing modifications, and installation, startup, testing, and adjustment of the new preparation enclosure. All work shall be performed in compliance with applicable FAR, VAAR, VA safety requirements, and construction standards, including coordination for equitable adjustments, and adherence to subcontracting limitations and SDVOSB eligibility requirements.
