Competitive Sealed Proposals are requested for the construction of Lubbock CTC Parking Lot Repair at South Plains College, 3907 Avenue Q, Lubbock, Texas, RFP# 2026-023. Proposals must be submitted in 8 1/2 x 11 format, with four bound copies, enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope or container labeled with project information and the proposers details. Each proposal must include completed forms for Felony Conviction Notification, Anti-Collusion Notice, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and Contractors Qualification Statement. A cashiers check or acceptable bidder's bond, payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible bid total, must accompany each bid. Proposers should address selection criteria in their submission, including price, timeline, experience with the College, and reputation.
