Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center by modernizing and improving approximately 13,508 square feet of existing basement space and replacing the first-floor air handling unit located on the roof serving the department. The work is intended to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient access and quality of care, and upgrade staff work environments. The renovation will be performed in accordance with the latest Department of Veterans Affairs design criteria and guidelines and is anticipated to be delivered as a design-build, firm-fixed-price construction effort. Location: G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center, 1500 E. Woodrow Avenue, Jackson, MS 39216. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
