Question Deadline 07/06/2026 at 12:00 PM CT RFI's should be submitted by email to the Contract Specialist, Madeline Allison at madeline.allison@va.gov Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, design-build architectural and engineering services, and construction administration necessary to renovate the Radiation Oncology Department located in the basement level of the medical facility. Work includes full renovation of approximately 13,508 square feet of existing space, demolition and reconstruction, installation of a new CT Simulator suite, removal of the existing CT equipment, and integration of medical-grade architectural finishes and specialized shielding design. The project also requires installation of a ceiling-mounted patient lift, Liebert HVAC systems, replacement of the first-floor air-handling unit serving the area, and upgrades to electrical, lighting, plumbing, and medical gas systems, as well as telecommunications, security, and fire alarm systems. The contractor shall coordinate directly with the CT equipment manufacturer for demolition, utility requirements, and installation support, and ensure all design and construction comply with VA design guides, VA master specifications, and all applicable codes including IBC, NFPA, OSHA, EPA, and Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality requirements.
