Oaks at Riverview Community Center HVAC System Replacement The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa (Tha), is Seeking Bids From Qualified Firms to the Replacement of the Hvac System at the Oaks at Riverview Community Center. The Authority Intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to the Lowest Responsive Responsible Contractor Whose Experience and Fee is Most Advantageous to the Authority. The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa is an Equal Opportunity Employer. By Order of Jerome D. Ryans, President/CEO. All questions concerning the bid documents, requiring additional information, or clarification shall be submitted in writing to THA via e-mail at bidderquestions@thafl.com. All questions will be accepted until Thursday, July 30, 2026 @ 5:00 p.m The following items detail the scope of work as determined in this construction document package. All requirements necessary to accomplish the items set forth below shall be considered part of this scope of work to complete the replacement of three Oaks at Riverview HVAC systems. The existing 410A and R22 systems shall be replaced with the EPA required 454B systems. Replacement of the existing HVAC systems shall include replacement of existing line sets, replacement of existing condensers, air handlers, wind load tie downs, stands, thermostats, and ERVs. Cleaning of the existing duct work, testing of duct work pressure, test and balance of the HVAC system.
