Construction services are required to replace the existing sewage holding tanks at the Ely Seaplane Base. The work includes salvaging and stockpiling existing topsoil, removing the current holding tanks and associated sewer line, and furnishing and installing new holding tanks and sewer line. The project also requires furnishing and installing a tank level alarm system, salvaging and reinstalling the existing wooden walkway, and completing full site restoration. All work will be performed under a firm-fixed-price BPA call order issued to eligible small business vendors holding an active USFS Region 9 Facilities Construction and Maintenance BPA for Zone 14. No contract award will result from this notice, which is issued for informational purposes only. Location: Ely Seaplane Base, Ely, Minnesota 55731 Projected Period of Performance: The anticipated Period of Performance is 6/29/2026 through 8/27/2026 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
