Renovation of the existing amphitheater at Wintersmith Park. Construction includes site work and site demolition, masonry, concrete paving and sidewalks, final grading, and building pad for the installation of a pre-fabricated bathroom building. Project includes water, sewer, and electrical utilities for the building and for the theater area. The estimated project budget is $1,200,000. Sealed bids addressed to MacHill Construction will be received at the specified place until the stated time on the bid date. All bids must include assurances of compliance with the following requirements: Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; certification of non-segregated facilities; Executive Order 11246 for Equal Employment Opportunity; encouragement of Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise participation; assurances regarding surety companies as per Circular 570; active registration in SAM.gov with no exclusions for bidders, subcontractors, and materials or equipment providers; compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act for iron and steel products used in the project. Bidders for projects over $50,000 must provide bid security in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check for 5% of the bid amount, and successful bidders must provide payment, performance, and maintenance bonds. Offers must be submitted on the provided bid form and are irrevocable for 45 days after submission. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the time and date of submission.
