WWTP Addition The project consists of installing an addition to the Tuscarora Township Headworks Building at their Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). Bids are requested for the Contract Tuscarora Township WWTP Addition, Contract Number 26-6036. The anticipated total bid price is approximately $525,000.00, with an expected duration of 180 days. For requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements, meaning all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used must be produced in the United States, unless a waiver applies. BABAA De Minimis, Small Grants, and Minor Components waivers apply to this contract. Question Deadline 04/28/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
