The Town of Canandaigua has been making site, building, and utility improvements to their Onanda Park, located at 4950 County Road 16, for the last year and needs an electrical contractor to complete the required electrical work involved with the Uplands Improvements project. The electrical scope of work, includes, but is not limited to, removal of the electrical service and distribution equipment within the existing shed as shown on the electrical contract drawings and specified, including, but not limited to, lighting and controls, switches, receptacles, grounding, power panel, branch circuitry (conduit & conductors), utility meter (coordinate with the utility), and all associated mounting hardware, brackets, strut, accessories, etc. The electrical scope of work, includes, but is not limited to, the installation of electrical service and distribution equipment as shown on the electrical contract drawings and specified, including, but not limited to, utility meter (coordinate with the utility), main service disconnect switch, automatic transfer switch, emergency generator and concrete equipment pad, main distribution panel, sub-panel, lighting and controls, receptacles, surge protection, grounding and bonding, electrical backboards, handholes, underground distribution (excavation, backfill, and restoration), and all circuitry (conduit & conductors), labeling and identification, connections, terminations, and splices, mounting hardware, brackets, strut, accessories, inspection, testing, startup, commissioning, and owner training. Sealed Bids are requested for the following Contract: Electrical Project has an expected duration of 180 days. The Town of Canandaigua, Ontario County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award.
