The work consists of the following: Interior alteration to an existing office suite located on the 2nd floor of the Riverhead County Center in Riverhead NY. The renovated suite will provide office space for the Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) staff. Eligible bidders must have registered on the Suffolk County Department of Public Works Purchasing Unit web site to be eligible to submit a responsible bid. CONTRACT NO.1 - GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid, made payable to the Suffolk County Comptroller. Bid Results will not be given out over the telephone. You are requested to access the County website for this information. If you are not in attendance at the bid opening, please be patient while we process and post the results. Results will typically be posted within 24 hours after the bid opening.
