Quotes will be received for the HUD Healthy Homes Program (HH-024-01) for properties located at: 1513 Kay St. Unit 1, Compton 90221; 7101 Rugby Av #D, Huntington Park, CA 90255; 7101 Rugby Av #Q, Huntington Park, CA 90255; and 3269 Blanchard St, Los Angeles, CA 90063. This includes furnishing all labor, material, and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental in accordance with Appendix B – “Scope of Work.” Bidders must attend a mandatory Pre Quote/Job Walk Meeting for all properties. Quotes shall be submitted on the attached Quote Sheet with required forms, proof of contractor’s license, EPA certification, RRP Renovator Certification (Renovation, Repair, & Painting), and insurance coverage with a cover letter. Quotes must be electronically uploaded, and a confirmation email sent to the Contract Administrator. All quotes must be labeled appropriately. Contractors are responsible for ensuring timely and compliant submission. Late or misdirected quotes will not be considered. In submitting a quote, each contractor agrees to execute a standard contract and forms if awarded. Refusal to execute the standard contract disqualifies the contractor from award.
