Roads requiring double chip seal include Vanity Drive (CTH K to surface change), Janisch Road, Lisa Lane, Carla Court, Old Highway 35, Cottonwood Drive, Little Ave (all in the River Hills development), and Gronemus Road (CTH MM). Job completion is required by September 25, 2026. Bidding documents are available for examination and copies may be obtained. A performance/payment bond is required 10 days after the contract is awarded. Proposals must be submitted in an opaque envelope marked with the name and address of the bidder, accompanied by a bid bond of 5%. If submitted by mail or delivery system, the sealed envelope must be enclosed in a separate envelope marked with 'BID ENCLOSED.' No bids may be withdrawn within 10 days after opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject all bids.
