Hobbton High School Replacement T.A. Loving Company, as Construction Manager at Risk, is seeking proposals from pre-qualified subcontractors for furnishing labor, equipment, and materials for the Hobbton High School Replacement project located at 12201 Hobbton Hwy, Newton Grove, North Carolina. All proposals shall be Lump Sum. Bid Packages will be bid and awarded in accordance with North Carolina law. Historically underutilized and minority business participation is strongly encouraged. Small, minority, and women-owned businesses are strongly encouraged to participate. Guidelines established in the North Carolina General Statutes and good faith efforts will be followed. Only sealed proposals from pre-qualified bidders will be accepted. Proposals not meeting the specific bidding procedures outlined in the Bid Manual will not be accepted. Sampson County Schools and TA Loving reserve the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding, and to accept bids considered to be in the best interest of the Owner.
