Renovation of a mixed-use development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Principal items of work include creation of group and individual campsites; restoration of the existing pavilion structure and associated terrace; repairs and modifications to the existing access roadway as required for emergency vehicle access and stormwater management; installation of composting toilet facilities, a wash basin, and a septic field; site improvements including repair and restructuring of an existing amphitheater, new paths, new ADA parking space, and existing parking lot reduction. The MBE goal is 25% and WBE goal is 10%. Pre-qualification requirements: All contractors must be prequalified by the City of Baltimore Contractors Qualification Committee. The prequalification category required is G90132 Park Rehabilitation. Cost qualification range for this work shall be $2,000,000.00 to $3,000,000.00. If a bid is submitted by a joint venture, the document establishing the joint venture must be submitted with the bid for verification purposes. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
