Renovation of a military facility in Aurora, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Market research is being conducted to assess industry capability to provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified labor necessary to replace all existing boiler venting, including exhaust and inlet venting, at Building 205. The current boiler venting system is deteriorated due to ongoing condensate leaks, creating a risk of system failure and potential release of hazardous flue gases into the facility. The scope of work is intended to restore safe and proper boiler system operation and ensure continued protection of the facility and its occupants. This notice is issued solely for market research purposes and is not a request for quotes or a commitment to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Submit any and all questions along with expressed interest and capability regarding this requirement in writing via email only no later than 09 April 2026 @ 4:00 P.M. Mountain Time to the Contract Specialist, SSgt Cody Wolff, at cody.wolff@spaceforce.mil AND the Contracting Officer, TSgt Matthew Kennedy at matthew.kennedy.24@spaceforce.mil. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
