Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Storrs Manfld, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The purpose is to request Cost Proposals and Statements of Qualifications from a multidisciplinary engineering firm to fulfill Four Tasks of a Safe Streets for All (SS4A) grant secured from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration. Proposals must be submitted through the HuskyBuy Portal. Participation by Small, Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and businesses owned by persons with a disability, especially those certified by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services Supplier Diversity Division, is encouraged. Connecticut-based businesses are also encouraged to participate. During the Pre-Proposal Conference, the RFP and Scope of Work will be discussed. The Pre-Proposal Conference is not mandatory, but interested Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend.
