Description

New construction of a religious / funeral development in Rogers, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 90-room religious / funeral development.

Bids are requested for a cemetery columbarium with the following specifications: 90 niches and mahogany granite color. The concrete foundation is already in place with a circumference of six foot, six inches (6'-6") and an existing footing depth of eighteen inches (18"). Sealed bids must be marked accordingly and will be accepted until the stated deadline. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. Bids can also be submitted electronically as specified. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive informalities or irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the bid opening without consent. All inquiries regarding the bid should be directed as instructed. The contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws, and relevant federal laws. The City of Rogers encourages qualified small, minority, and women business enterprises to bid and for general contractors to subcontract to such enterprises.
