Renovation of an educational facility in North Augusta, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Commercial Dishwasher Installation at North Augusta High School. Payment and Performance bonds along with Certificate of Insurance will be required at award. The pre-bid meeting is mandatory in order to submit a bid. a) The vendor is responsible for the relocation of the 4 compartment sinks located where the dishwasher will be installed, including plumbing, ceilings, lighting fixtures, and piping. b) All trash and scrap are to be removed from the site or put in dumpsters. Contractor must supply their own dumpsters. c) The installation ofthe dishwasher assembly to include: receiving the equipment and all associated materials at the job site and assuming all damages, setup ofthe unit in place, installation ofplumbing water and drain lines, wiring, electrical connections. The vendor is responsible for starting the unit and making all necessary adjustments. d) Contractor shall provide a turn-key installation to include all labor, plumbing, and electrical. Units should be fully functioning upon completion ofwork. e) Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits before work begins.
