The work to be done on the Warroad Sidewalk Improvements project consists of sidewalk improvements for the City of Warroad, Minnesota. The project requires the work to commence within 10 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued and must be completed by October 31, 2026. Bids will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, and responsive bidder. Minimum wage rates apply as predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962 and related regulations. Equal opportunity, nondiscrimination, and affirmative action requirements, including compliance certificates as outlined by the Minnesota Human Rights Act, must be met by all bidders and contractors. All bids must be sealed, accompanied by a deposit of at least 5% of the bid amount, and marked accordingly. The City reserves the right to hold all bids for 60 days after opening and to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days of opening.
