Scope of Work includes the replacement of all existing hydropneumatic tanks, ground storage tanks, booster pumps, MCC building, storm sewer, drainage improvements, miscellaneous repairs, and appurtenances. Instructions to bidders state that each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract Documents and execute the required Bonds and provide the required insurance certificates and Bonds within seven days after receiving the Contract Documents. If a certified or cashier's check is used, the original must be delivered within one business day of the bid opening.
