The proposed project would replace the existing 1950s-era facility, which lacks heat, air conditioning, running water, restroom facilities, ADA-compliant access, adequate garage space, and safe site access. The new facility would consolidate township administrative offices, meeting space, records storage, and equipment storage into a functional, code-compliant building.
