Renovation of a museum in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

Materials Provided by Contractor: All prepping materials, including plastic sheeting, drop cloths/paper, tape, caulking, patching compound, and Bondo. All primer and paint: high-quality oil-based products suitable for outdoor/exterior application. One coat of primer and one coat of finish paint. Contractor to provide four different color options for client selection. Work to be Performed: Replace all rotted or damaged wood as needed to ensure a sound substrate, prepare all surfaces, including cleaning, scraping loose paint, sanding as required, filling cracks/holes, caulking joints, and applying patching compound or Bondo where necessary. Prime and paint the following exterior areas: Siding, Eaves, Fascia, Windows (frames and trim), Front door(s), Side door(s), Front entrance deck (including railings, posts, and deck boards if applicable). Contractor will haul away and properly dispose of all construction debris, old wood, paint cans, and other waste generated from the job site, leaving the property clean and tidy upon completion. Job Showing is Mandatory. Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the bid forms, specifications, plans and addenda by downloading the bid package from the specified website. Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning must be brought to the specified State's attention by email no later than seven calendar days prior to bid opening date. Answers will be provided by addendum on the website, and it is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The DVBE Participation Requirement is waived, but the DVBE Incentive still applies. There is no minimum DVBE participation requirement. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal). Public Works Contractor Registration Program: No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered.
