Reference number: 20136573 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-04-20 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 10 Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 34 Description The Societe des etablissements de plein air du Quebec (hereinafter "Sepaq") is inviting tenders from contractors interested in carrying out repair, maintenance, improvement and construction work on sites and forest tracks (the "Works"), in the Rimouski Wildlife Reserve (the "Establishment" or the "Reserve"), under a contract to be performed on demand. The Works shall be carried out in accordance with the general and specific conditions attached hereto, as well as the terms of the works contract to be entered into between Sepaq and the successful tenderer (the "Contractor"), a draft of which is attached as Annex A hereto (the "Contract"). The anticipated duration of the Contract is approximately one (1) year, from 18 May 2026 to 31 March 2027. The Works must be carried out specifically during the periods identified in the special conditions. The Contract may be renewed for two (2) additional periods, each lasting one (1) year, namely from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2028 and from 1 April 2028 to 31 March 2029.
