The scope of work includes the placement and collection of dumpsters for the Lenoir City Utilities Board at specified facilities. The awarded company must provide: - Three (3) 4-yard containers at the Water Treatment Plant (900 Nelson St.) - Two (2) 4-yard containers, five (5) 8-yard containers, and one (1) 40-yard roll off (on call for LCUB provided roll off to empty and return) at the Main Campus (7698 Creekwood Park Blvd.) - One (1) 8-yard container at the Fiber Warehouse (Derek's Way) - The company should also be prepared to provide an additional 40-yard roll-off if necessary and special event or additional collection as needed. All labor and equipment necessary for dumpster delivery and waste collection are to be provided. Instructions to bidders: - Conduct necessary investigations and data collection prior to bidding. - Proposals must be completed on the LCUB Bid Sheet, available by email request to the Procurement Manager. - Submit supporting information regarding company qualifications, equipment, references, and insurance. - The contract term is three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions. - Proposals must be delivered by hand, overnight carrier, or regular mail to the specified addresses, noting "April 2026 Dumpster Placement & Waste Collection Proposal" on the outside. Proposals received by email will not be accepted. - LCUB reserves the right to reject any proposal, terminate agreements for non-performance with 30 days notice, and use consultation services in proposal evaluation. Proposals received after the submittal deadline will not be considered.
