This project includes the renovation of a high school science lab/classroom and the renovation of the front entrance and administrative offices. The Prime contracts for this project will include General, Mechanical, and Electrical contracts. Firms are invited to submit an offer under seal to the Owner for renovation of the facility located at Hettinger Public School, 209 8th Street South, Hettinger, North Dakota. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the office of the Architect upon receipt of a refundable deposit, by certified check, in the amount of $50.00 for one set. Electronic copies of bid documents are available by contacting the office of the Architect at no cost. Bid documents obtained from a source other than the office of the Architect cannot be verified or guaranteed to be complete. Prime Contract Bidders are strongly encouraged to directly contact the office of the Architect to ensure they are included on the Plan Holder's list and notified of any addenda. Offers are to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
