Orange County, Florida is accepting sealed bids for the Y26-741 Welch Road Sidewalk Project. Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. The project consists of the construction of 1,360-feet of six-foot sidewalk on the south side of E. Welch Road from Ustler Road to the Wellsprings Residence driveway and connect to the existing sidewalk at the beginning and end of the project. The project is in northwestern Orange County Section 34, Township 20S, Range 28E. The sidewalk will be placed at the back of the curb and gutter due to limited right-of-way. Drainage improvements will convert the existing open ditches to a storm sewer system under the proposed sidewalk within the Orange County right-of-way. Utility relocation by others will require coordination throughout the construction schedule. The estimated cost for this project is $2,114,00.00.
