Site work and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Qulin, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,240-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

Building expansion of current Senior Center includes two building additions: 1) North storage closet addition of 200 SF of steel stud framing; and 2) South garage and food storage addition of 2,040 SF of pre-engineered metal building framing. The south addition is separated from the existing structure by a 2-hour rated fire wall. There is minimal site work and plumbing included in the project. Project is CDBG funded and requires bonds and prevailing wage rates. Bidding requirements are included in the documents, technical specifications and Drawings T1 - E2.
