Provide all construction services and materials to repair the main sewer line and renovate associated facilities in Building 2A at Stratton Air National Guard Base in Scotia, New York. The work includes replacement of approximately 142 linear feet of sewer pipe, replacement of 27 plumbing fixtures, asbestos abatement in the women's locker room, and renovation of the affected restrooms, showers, and lounge areas. Option 1 includes repair and retiling of an approximately 2,784 square foot corridor. Option 2 includes renovation of the 1,200 square foot male locker room, including asbestos abatement. Pricing must be provided for all line-items and be valid for 90 days after quote submission. Construction wage rates for Schenectady County, New York apply. Performance and payment bonds are mandatory and must be furnished within 10 calendar days after award. The building's sewer line exhibits bowing and cracking causing monthly clogs and seepage into the soil . Approximately 76 LF of 4" sewer line , 16 LF of lateral lines , 27 fixtures (toilets , urinals , sinks , showers ) need to be replaced within the building and approximately 50 LF of 8" clay line to be replaced outside the building up to the manhole per Uniform Plumbing Code . The existing sewer line runs both within the building and across the road , connecting to the manhole . The bathrooms and the office affected by the sewer line repair need repair and upgrading . Female bathroom and restroom area is approximately 807 SF, male bathroom and restroom area is approximately 650 SF, male locker room is approximately 1,200 SF (OPTION 2), the lounge area (including smaller rooms ) is approximately 1,500 SF. The corridor (OPITON 1) is approximately 2,784 SF. Contractor to verify dimensions and shapes . Site visit is strongly encouraged . The work shall begin in October /November 2026. The building will stay operational during the construction .
