Site work and paving for a civil project in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide reconstruction of the West Road and replacement of existing storm sewer. Work shall include associated appurtenances, road reconstruction, pavement markings, sewer, and drainage work. The work to be carried out shall include the furnishing of all labour, supervision, plant, and materials necessary to carry out the specifications described hereinafter, or as may otherwise be directed by the Engineer for the project. Work associated with this RFP shall commence June 1, 2026. The Preferred Proponent is required to reach total completion of the work by July 31, 2026. A two (2) year maintenance provision applies to all work.
