The contractor shall place back all tables, chairs, food warmers, water fountains, fans, and any additional furniture in the project area after installing new flooring; ensuring no damage to these items or the new flooring and placing them back in their original location (inventory count located technical exhibit 1). 8. The Contractor shall deliver the dining facility and its equipment free of all construction-related debris and dust. All surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized to a level that permits immediate re-occupancy and operation for food service. Failure to remove all fine dust from equipment and ventilation shall be grounds for rejection of the final walkthrough
