Project has been Rebid Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Hibbetts Mill Road Waterline Replacement Phase 2 project. The work includes the replacement of the existing 16-inch water transmission main along Hibbetts Mill Road (T.R. 1006), under Little Yellow Creek, and along State Route 45 with approximately 3,400 feet of new 16-inch PVC waterline and appurtenances and corresponding pavement restoration. The project also includes the installation of new Pressure Reducing Valves (PRVs) with new reinforced concrete vaults, appurtenances, and incidentals to replace the existing PRVs and vaults along Hibbetts Mill Road. Bids must be sealed and marked as specified, and mailed or delivered to the Buckeye Water District. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Hard copies of the Bidding Documents must be purchased from the Issuing Office. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days after the opening thereof.
