Renovation of a multi-residential development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work consists of lead hazard control of a dwelling unit at 3701 Franklin Street. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids as per the specifications on file in the office of the Rehab Division of the Planning Department. Bids must be addressed to the Rehabilitation Division, Room 1111, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, and marked 'Bid on LEAD HAZARD CONTROL OF DWELLING UNIT' with the address and job number identified. Bids must be received before 3:00 P.M. on the closing date. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages specified by the U.S. Secretary of Labor must be paid on the rehabilitation work. Contractors must ensure non-discrimination in employment. Bidders must file a certificate of insurance with evidence of comprehensive public liability insurance (not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate) and evidence of workman's compensation insurance prior to receiving the order to proceed. The owner reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate any or all bids in whole or in part.
