The primary project objective is rehabilitation of the existing staff restroom/utility services building at the Hampton-Gravois Transit Center, to ensure an additional minimum fifteen years of continued service life. The restroom at the Hampton Facility is showing signs of degradation, including what is believed to be symptoms of interior slab settlement, and is in general need of a total refresh. Scoped repairs are focused on stabilizing suspected floor settlement, replacing interior CMU walls with lighter-weight steel stud walls, and overall update of restroom spaces.
